Look at this pot!!!

I just adore container gardening! I love to see what different plants compliment each other and how they show off an area. I am sooo not creative but this gives me the opportunity to try. Walking around a nursery and putting up plants next to each other to see how they would look together is such a joy and very relaxing for me. This particular pot I planted last year and it's been one of my very favorates! This pot was in a predominantly shaded area with a canopy of limbs from a dogwood tree and beside a pergola that is an entrance to the stairs leading to the backyard. This pot containes a colia, a corabell and fern. it was the perfect size for 3 plants and the flowers on the corabells picked up the deep purple in the colia just beautifully! So go mix and match. Just make sure all your plants grow in same conditions and light. Have fun!
