Okay so I might be the worlds biggest lover of all things carb. Potatoes of all kinds, rice (and you already know how much I love biscuits); but my next bread of choice is focaccia bread. So I found a recipe I wanted to take to my Bunco group tonight. They are the loveliest of ladies and a great blessing to call them my friends. We meet once a month. they are so sweet to be my guinea pigs for new recipes. Well this one did not disappoint. You just have to be a bit forward thinking as I did leave it in the fridge for 2 days before baking it. But oh boy was it worth the wait!
